The California Highway Patrol dispatch logs reported the incident at 7:33 a.m.
Units were assigned starting at 7:36 a.m., with the first unit arriving at the scene at 7:36 a.m.
Additional units arrived at the scene at 7:42 a.m. and 7:45 a.m.
One unit was cleared from the scene at 7:38 a.m.
