A fatality occurred Saturday afternoon on Southview Road in Altadena, leaving one person dead.
The incident was reported at 1:17 p.m., according to California Highway Patrol dispatch logs.
The logs noted an unknown vehicle description and a duplicate report at 9050 Southview Road.
Units were assigned starting at 1:18 p.m., with some arriving at the scene by 1:29 p.m. and one unit cleared by 1:43 p.m.
