A fatality occurred late Tuesday night on the Harrison Street onramp to Seventh Street in San Francisco, leaving one person dead.
California Highway Patrol dispatch logs reported the incident at 11:38 p.m. Authorities requested an ambulance and police for an overdose. Both the ambulance and fire department arrived on scene by 11:40 p.m.
The Seventh Street onramp was blocked.
Multiple units were assigned, with some arriving on scene by 11:38 p.m. and others by 11:45 p.m.
