A solo vehicle rollover on State Route 139 near Susanville left one person dead early Wednesday morning.
California Highway Patrol dispatch logs reported the crash at 12:40 a.m. The logs indicated a solo vehicle rollover through a fence. Fire personnel arrived on scene and were making their way down to the vehicle. Air operations were notified but advised they were unable to respond. The Lassen County Sheriff’s Office was notified. Authorities confirmed the person was deceased at 1:48 a.m. The sheriff’s office was notified again, and a supervisor was notified.
Units were assigned at 12:43 a.m. and arrived on scene at 1:17 a.m. and 1:22 a.m.
