A single-vehicle rollover crash on Jolon Road near King City left one person dead early in the morning.
California Highway Patrol dispatch logs reported the crash at 5:03 a.m. as an iPhone-detected vehicle incident likely resulting in injury. Logs later updated the incident to a traffic collision with an ambulance en route, describing a single-vehicle rollover with ejection. Cal Fire personnel arrived on scene and requested an air ambulance. The Monterey County coroner was notified and planned to call the CHP office.
